Services
FREE CONSULTATIONI offer a free 20-minute consultation to learn more about what you’re looking for in therapy and to explore whether I would be a good fit for you. During this conversation, we’ll chat about your goals, my therapeutic approach, and what support might look like together.
The therapeutic relationship is an important part of the healing process, so this consultation is also an opportunity for you to assess connection, ask questions, and begin building comfort and trust.
As part of the consultation, I’ll also go over what therapy can look like, confidentiality, and my scope of practice. Overall, this is a space for us to connect, explore alignment, and see whether working together feels supportive for your needs and goals.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY ($140/hr)One-on-one counselling session from the comfort of your own space through video call. My current availability consist of evening hours throughout the week, typically between 6 and 9 pm.

Central to individual therapy is relationship building, as several lines of research show that the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in healing.
